Do I need a service appointment before I come in for an oil change at Oxendale?
- No, you do not need a scheduled appointment for an oil change, however, it is recommended you make an appointment so we can get you in and out as quickly as possible.
How often should I get my oil changed?
- We recommend you change your oil every 5,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
What are my major service intervals?
- While your vehicle should have an oil change every 5,000 miles there are other services that are recommended at certain mileage points. We find it best to have a multi-point inspection done every 15,000 miles to ensure all parts of the vehicle are in top operating condition. Contact us for what our multi-point inspection includes.
Will Oxendale look over my vehicle and provide a vehicle health report card?
- Yes, as your local Dodge dealership, our certified technicians will inspect various components on your vehicle while being worked on. Items such as tires, brakes, battery, & fluids will be inspected. If there is an issue with any of these items your service adviser will discuss them with you & provide solutions to assure you get back on the road safely. We will also inspect some of the most commonly overlooked items such as windshield wipers, alignment status, and tire pressure.
Should I repair my existing car or buy a new car in Cottonwood?
- Our service reps will be completely transparent with you and let you know if they feel you should consider investing in a new car. We can also provide you with a market value report on your car, which will provide live market data for you to review. If interested, you can find out your car's value with our online trade in application.
I got a Recall Notice, but why don't you have the parts to fix it?
- Whenever there is a large recall, on any manufacturer, they're required to notify the public ASAP. With that being said you may have received a notice about the issue before the manufacturer managed to produce enough parts to fix the issue for everyone. Recall parts have the highest priority to a manufacturer so we can assure you they'll be available as soon as they're ready.
Can I bring my car in if it's not a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM model?
