3 of the Best Seafood Restaurants in FlagstaffYou can find good seafood no matter whether you live, next to the ocean or far from it. Flagstaff, Arizona, is home to several restaurants that serve a variety of delicious seafood dishes. The following three restaurants are some of the best in Flagstaff. 

  1. Josephine’s Modern American Bistro

An excellent place to order seafood is Josephine’s Modern American Bistro. You can find seafood dishes at this fine dining restaurant any time of the day. Josephine’s salmon, fish, shrimp, and crab dishes don’t disappoint. 

On the brunch menu, you can order a smoked salmon omelet with red onions, caper, spinach, and herb-whipped goat cheese. If you love Eggs Benedict, you could try the savory potato pancakes topped with two poached eggs, smoked salmon, and hollandaise, or crab cakes with poached eggs and hollandaise.  

For lunch, try the salad with grilled Scottish salmon with a blood orange vinaigrette or the Southwestern crab cake salad. If a sandwich is your go-to lunch item, order the Scottish salmon BLT or po’boy crab-cake sandwich. You can even go for the ginger beef tempura fish tacos.

Satchmo’s offers several seafood dishes, such as the blackened catfish style po’boy sandwich, blackened shrimp po’boy sandwich, fried shrimp po’boy sandwich, and blackened catfish style filet, served with white rice and housemade remoulade.  

You should also try the barbecue menu items, such as the pork spare ribs, pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, and shaved chicken breast. Side dishes include jambalaya, mac and cheese, a tot basket, slaw with pickled jalapenos, smoked beans, potato salad, and a cornbread basket. 

  1. Karma Sushi Bar Grill

Whether you want to try sushi for the first time or already love sushi, you should visit Karma Sushi Bar Grill. Some seafood starter dishes include shrimp shumai dumplings, baked mussels, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and shrimp tempura. If you’d like a seafood salad, order the spicy tuna salad, the Takomono with sushi-grade octopus, or the Flagstaff with Atlantic salmon.  

Karma serves so many rolls, from shashimi and nigiri to maki and hosomaki. You could also try one of the signature rolls, such as the black cat roll, which showcases spicy lobster, tempura asparagus, mango, and avocado with black sesame and sweet sauce. You should also try the Sea Breeze, which features salmon, cooked shrimp, mango, and avocado with suzuki, yuzu, sriracha, and scallions on the top. Karma also serves ramen, teriyaki, fried rice, and dessert, so you can visit again and again and always try something new.
