5 Amazing Features of the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Maybe you’re already a fan of the Wrangler and wondering what the latest update has to offer; maybe you’re thinking of making a purchase and wondering how the 2021 Jeep Wrangler will perform. Either way, we’ve got you covered. Here are some of the features you can look forward to if you decide to go with Jeep’s latest offering.

1. Off-Road Capabilities

Let’s start with the obvious. This is what the Wrangler is known for, and it sure does deliver. No matter what you want to do or where you plan to take this car, it can handle the challenge. The outdoorsy among us can look no further; the off-road dynamics alone make the Wrangler the only choice for an adventurous driver.

  1. New Engine Styles

For the first time ever, your tough, rugged Wrangler can also come equipped with a plug-in hybrid motor! Honestly, if you ask us, Jeep is barely making a big enough deal about this development. With the 4xe, you can run on just gas, a combo of gas and electric, or electric-only for up to 25 miles. We’re excited to see Jeep continue to develop hybrid options, and this is an exciting foray.

  1. Classic Customizable Exterior

Along with the usual gamut of different models and trim levels, the 2021 lineup is introducing a few new color schemes to snazz up your vehicle. One of the features which often draws consumers to the Wrangler (aside from its off-road readiness) is the removable roof and doors — it is the only longstanding model on the market with this capability.

  1. Full Range of Tech Features

Many of the newest models have a very sleek-looking touchscreen display, which can be connected to CarPlay and Android Auto. This tech package also comes with a tire fill alert system. If you routinely take your car out on the sand or rock crawling, you might partly deflate your tires pretty often, so this is a handy feature. Your car will honk once as you’re refilling to indicate when optimal tire pressure is reached, or three times if you’ve overfilled.

  1. Selec-Trac Four-Wheel Drive

If you’re unfamiliar, Wranglers have long had some version of four-wheel-drive capability. Usually, the driver has to select when and where to use the 4WD. However, with this update, some models come standard with (and some now newly have the option to upgrade to) Jeep’s Selec-Trac system, an advancement which allows the car to switch from 2WD to 4WD automatically, depending on road conditions.

There’s a lot to love about the classic Wrangler, and a lot to be excited about with the new upcoming models. Come in to Oxendale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram today and take a look in person!
