Design

Aside from the two hybrids, which are currently only available for reservations, there are four models in the Pacifica line:

• Limited
• Pinnacle

The 2024 Pacifica’s entire design is spacious and airy, providing all kinds of cupholders, slide-out bins, and cubbies for storage. There’s no lack of comfort, either. All captain’s chairs have extra cushioning and the top-tier Pinnacle trim offers lumbar pillows similar to those found in much more costly ultra-luxurious vehicles.

Better yet, this is the model that first featured Stow ‘n Go seating, which tucks the second-row seats right down into the floor like magic.

Infotainment

The 10.1-inch touchscreen is a joy to behold and as many as 12 USB ports can be scattered around the Pacifica’s interior, including some that are USB-C. There is integration with Amazon Alexa, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. One option for the kids is a rear-seat system with dual displays that can work with Amazon Fire TV to stream TV shows and movies.

Power and Performance

You can get the 2024 Pacifica with your choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, which places it firmly above other vehicles in its class. It comes standard with a 287-horsepower V-6 engine and 9-speed transmission. Even the front-wheel version can reach 80 mph in 7.3 seconds and this model has a 3,600 maximum towing capacity.

Safety

The 2024 Pacifica has over 115 standard safety and security features. Even the lowest trim level comes with rear parking sensors, blind spot warning, forward collision mitigation, and more without extra cost. The optional features offer even more, including:

• Automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection
• Adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning
• Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert
